Workshop
Glass and wine
Hall E, conference room 1
12, 13, 14 March 2024
When tasting wine, we want to reach as deep into it as possible, to achieve the maximum sensation. To do so, it is worth choosing not only the perfect wine, but also the glass. You will be able to hear about the importance of the glass it is made of, its shape and how it is held in your hand during the workshop Glass and wine with mini-tasting, which will be conducted by Tomasz Miszczak on all Eurogastro fair days.
